Demolition and site work for a power facility in Trinidad, Colorado. Completed plans call for the demolition of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.
For the demolition of the Cooling Tower located at 1925 E. Main Street in Trinidad, Colorado. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the demolition of the Cooling Tower and concrete basin, cut and cap pipes at determined location and removal of all structures, and removal of all debris. Contractor will be responsible for all equipment and labor for the demolition. Landfill fees will not be waived. Fill in hole with non-structural fill and mound higher in center to compensate for settling. All bids will be evaluated, and selections made as soon as possible after the bid opening. Work shall commence once State Demolition Permit has been issued. Work must be completed within 14 calendar days.
