Fire Suppression System Notice is hereby given that the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow (BSB) is requesting proposals from Architects or Contractors to provide an approved design and documentation for a new fire suppression system at the Mother Lode Theatre, located at 316 W Park Street, Butte, Montana, that meets all applicable local, federal, and state fire suppression and annunciation system codes. The proposal will include intent to design to NFPA 13. The Contractor will obtain and pay for all required permits and provide all safety and security for their work area and for the safety of other persons. The Contractor will coordinate with BSB Historic Preservation, BSB Safety and Risk Management Department, BSB Facilities Department, and BSB Fire Department.
