The scope of work consists of the operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant at the Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport at Keahole. The scope of work consists ofthe operation and maintenance ofthe Wastewater Treatment Plant, pump station, triturator, South Ramp lift station, washrack, and management ofthe R1 reclaimed water and landscaping adjacent to the wastewater treatment plant and lift station. The estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and $700,000. ALL requests for information shall be received in writing via HIlePRO prior to the Question Due Date in the General Information of the HIlePRO solicitation. Questions received after the deadline will not be addressed. Verbal requests for information will not receive a response. The Equal Employment Opportunity Regulations of the Secretary of Labor implementing Executive Order 11246, as amended, shall be complied with on this project. The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in said proposals for the best interest of the public. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
