*The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of St. Augustine is soliciting Bids for the development of Weeden Park, an undeveloped parcel at 81 Weeden Street in the Lincolnville neighborhood of St. Augustine, Florida. While small and intimate in size, Weeden Park has been purposefully designed to follow the character of historic St. Augustine by placing a very high value on materials and craftsmanship. This focus on high-quality materials and craftsmanship will allow the park space to endure as a cornerstone of the community for many years to come.
