Renovation of a residential development in Massena, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Contract No. 1 - General Rehabilitation - Base Bid 3 Laurel Ave. Base Bid - Furnish and Install various rehabilitation materials and labor to include: Furnish and Install new asphalt shingled roof on entire structure, and Furnish and Install twenty-six (26) new replacement windows - LEAD ITEM. Additionally, the Base Bid will also require new smoke & carbon monoxide detectors along with lead hazard rehabilitation work items. Contract No. 1 - General Rehabilitation - Additive Bid 3 Laurel Ave. Additive Bid (s) - AD1 - Furnish and Install nine (9) new vinyl basement windows, AD2 - Furnish and Install two (2) exterior doors and two (2) new exterior storm doors.
