Renovation of a fire / police facility in Tonawanda, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Unit Heater for Town Police Department Garage. Lump sum bid to furnish all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to install (1) new Reznor UBZ-75 (or approved equivalent) Sealed Combustion Unit Heater. Accompanying this proposal is either a certified check, or a bid bond for five percent (5%) of the bid which shall become the property of the Town of Tonawanda, New York, if, in case, this proposal shall be accepted by the Town through its Town Board, and the undersigned should fail or neglect to execute a contract with and give a bond to the said Town; otherwise, the said security is to be returned to the undersigned. The undersigned also declare(s) that he/she/they will commence work upon Notice to Proceed and achieve substantial completion by November 30, 2022, in accordance with the terms of the contracts. Prevailing Wage is required. Contracts are anticipated to be awarded in August 2022. Project completion by December 23, 2022
