Demolition, site work and addition to a pre-engineered storage facility in Fairchild, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the addition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
**As of September 15,2022, no bids were received, they will rebid next Spring.** The Town of Foster is requesting sealed bids for the construction of a building addition. Bids should be for "pole barn construction" to add onto the north end (gable end) of the existing town garage. Addition will be 30 ft. wide by 50 ft. long with 14 ft. side walls and match existing roof with one 16 ft. wide slider door. There will be no electric, no cement (we will gravel floor after construction). The bid shall include labor, materials and a list of all material specifications. The poles are to be set before the ground freezes and construction completed before the end of 2022. For further information call Scott Ellison (town chair) at 715 267- 6823 The Town of Foster reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to accept any bids it deems most advantageous to the Town of Foster.
