Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Fairchild, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

PROPOSAL #1 – GENERAL MECHANICAL: Furnishing and installing all labor, materials and equipment required for construction of Pumphouse #3 not specifically included in Proposal #2 or #3, including general and mechanical construction of the new building, site work, access drive, yard piping, chemical addition facilities, and all other appurtenances associated with work. Work includes demolition of Pumphouse No. 1. PROPOSAL #2 – ELECTRICAL & CONTROLS: Furnishing and installing all labor, materials and equipment required for electrical construction of Pumphouse #3 including electrical and controls, materials, engine generator and accessories, SCADA system for instrumentation control and monitoring of the water system, and all other appurtenances associated with the work. Work includes relocation of panels, modification, and demolition of Pumphouse No. 1. PROPOSAL #3 – WELL & WELL PUMP WORK: All well and well pump work required for Pumphouse #3 including furnishing and installing the vertical turbine pump for Well #3 with accessories specified and modifications to the Well #3 wellhead. Work includes abandonment of Well No. 1. PROPOSAL #4 – WATERMAIN EXTENSION & REPLACEMENT: Furnishing and installing all labor, materials, equipment and traffic control required for the addition of watermain on Camp Road and the extension of watermain to the proposed Pumphouse #3 parcel. This work also includes the replacement of sanitary pressure sewer within 200 ft of the well with water main class pipe. PROPOSAL #5 – COMBINATION BID: A deduction offered if awarded more than one proposal.
