Site work for a civil project in Washington, District of Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This purpose of the project is to upgrade and rehabilitate the water storage facilities. Potential projects for future upgrades are listed below: 1) Ft. Reno Reservoir No. 1. 2) Brentwood Reservoir, 3) Ft. Stanton Reservoir No. 1, 4) Soldiers Home Reservoir No. 1., 5) Anacostia Elevated Tank No. 1 and 2, 6) St. Elizabeth Tower. The scope of rehabilitation will include items identified under the triennial inspection of these facilities conducted by DC Water and any operational and regulatory requirements identified for the facilities. The actual jobs will be defined as the needs are defined nearer to the project start. This project is in included in the City's or County's FY 2022-2031 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of August 11, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
