Clark County reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all Bids as set forth in the Bidding Documents. The Project includes the following Work: o Removal of the existing +-28' Two Span Continuous Concrete Bridge. o Installation of the proposed 2-12' x 7' Cast-in-Place Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert. o Additional items as set forth in the Contract Documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Documents. The Successful Bidder will be required to provide Payment and Performance Bonds as described in the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Pre-Qualification: Yes PCN 08X1, 8265102
