Reference number : 1631766 Review Title : Maintenance and snow removal of municipal roads 2022-2023 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-08-22 Submission sent electronically accepted: No MAINTENANCE AND SNOW REMOVAL OF MUNICIPAL ROADS FOR THE 2022-2023 WINTER SEASONS The Municipality of the Township of Clermont (hereafter: Municipality) invites tenders for the conclusion of a contract with a qualified company for snow removal and mechanical de-icing of municipal roads for the 2022-2023 season, in accordance with the specifications provided for in the technical clauses contained in the tender estimate. The services to be performed by the Contractor must comply with the content of this call for tenders. Individuals and companies interested in submitting a bid may obtain a copy of the tender documents as well as all related documents through the Electronic Tendering System by paying the which are fixed according to the tariff in force established by the Organization. Are eligible to bid on this call for tenders, bidders having an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the Municipality within the framework of this call for tenders, i.e. the Accord de libre -Canadian exchange, the Agreement on Liberalization of Public Procurement between Quebec and New Brunswick, and the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario. Any interested person or group of people interested in participating in the adjudication process covered by this call for tenders (or their representative) may file a complaint with the Municipality regarding this process until the deadline for receipt of complaints indicated on SEAO. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any costs of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer(s). In addition, the Municipality declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of the rejection of all tenders. The contract is awarded to the compliant bidder having submitted the lowest price, if applicable, by decision of the Municipality, at its sole discretion.
