Reference number : 1632047 Review Title : Winter maintenance of the St-Daniel sector in Adstock 2022 to 2025 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-08-22 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document The Municipality of Adstock requires tenders for: WINTER MAINTENANCE OF THE SAINT-DANIEL SECTOR IN ADSTOCK FOR THE 2022-2025 SEASONS (3 YEARS) The Municipality of Adstock requires offers for the winter maintenance of the Saint-Daniel sector, for three seasons, i.e. winters 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025, over a length of approximately 22.2 kilometers . The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. Bidders must obtain the tender documents from the electronic tender website or at 1-866-669-7326. Fees are set according to the rates established by the Organization. A ten percent (10%) bid bond must accompany the bid.
