Swinerton cordially invites you to submit proposals to become an invaluable team member as a sub-contractor/supplier for the Electrical Scope. Selection will be based on the requirements set forth in the invitation to bid. Swinerton may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the Bond it is in the public interest to do so. Swinerton may not consider for bids for award if received after the bid time and date indicated. Subcontractors shall use recyclable products to the maximum extent economically feasible in the performance of the contract work set forth in the bid documents. Project Description: The Midland Library Bond Project is a renovation of an existing 26,000 sf building on the existing site at SE Holgate and SE 79th Avenue in the Foster Powell neighborhood in Southeast Portland. The existing 6,060sf building will be demolished to make way for the expanded future library.
