Site work for a water / sewer project in Linda, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work in general consists of: installation of drainage facilities along Feather River Boulevard and North Beale Road in Yuba County. Other such items or details not mentioned above that are required by the plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions, and as directed by the Engineer, shall be performed, placed, constructed or installed. Complete the work within 90 working days. No pre-bid meeting will be scheduled for this project. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified cashier's check, or bid bond, in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid price, payable to Yuba County Department of Public Works, as a guarantee that the bidder, if its bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement. The bidder shall guarantee the total bid price for a period of 60 days from the date of the bid opening. The contract shall be executed by the successful bidder and shall be returned, together with the Payment Bond, Performance Bond and Certificate(s) of Insurance to the County so that it is received within 8 working days after the bidder has received the contract for execution.
