The University of Oregon ("Owner") is accepting sealed bids for a public works project at the Campus Planning, Design and Construction main office until 1PM, Pacific Time, August 30, 2022 ("Closing Date and Time") for the McMorran House Kitchen Window Replacement project located on the campus of the University of Oregon, in Eugene, Oregon ("Project"). The Project includes replacement of existing wood windows and doors and associated finish, trim, flashing and patching work Prime bidders who arrive more than 5 minutes after start of time of the meeting (as stated in the Solicitation Document and by the Owner's Representative's watch) or after the discussion portion of the meeting (whichever comes first) shall not be permitted to sign in and will not be permitted to submit a bid on the Project. All bidders must comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law in ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870. No offer will be received or considered by Owner unless the offer contains a statement by the bidder as a part of the offer that states: "Contractor agrees to be bound by and will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.838, 279C.840 or 40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148." All bidders must be registered with the Construction Contractor's Board at the time of bid submission. No bid will be considered unless fully completed in the manner provided in the "Instructions to Bidders" upon the Bid form provided.
