REPAIR GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: The work included under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all labour, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision required to complete the "Well No. 8 Redevelopment and Well No. 4 Repairs" Project for the Stafford Township Water and Sewer Department, Stafford Township, Ocean County, New Jersey. Well #8 is located at the water treatment facility located at 327 Golf view Drive, Manahawkin, New Jersey 08050. Well #4 is located at the at the water treatment facility at 800 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, New Jersey 08050. BID SECURITY: Bid security is required in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) as set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21. Certificate from a Surety Company is required indicating consent to be bound as surety and guarantor for performance required under the Contract Documents. Required bidder information can be found in the bid documents. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
