The project consists of the following: Football Field - Project consists of removal and disposal of existing fence, clearing as needed to prepare the site, furnish all materials, labor and equipment to install approximately 1,250 linear feet of 4 foot high vinyl coated chain link fence, with four (4) 4 foot wide gates and two (2) goal posts. Little League Field No. 5 and Senior Field No. 2 - Project consists of removal and disposal of existing dug out fences, clearing as needed to prepare the site, furnish all materials, labor and equipment to install approximately 280 linear feet of 8 foot high vinyl coated chain link fence with four (4) 4 foot wide gates. Bid must be on the bid form prepared by Owen, Little & Associates, Inc., in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the name of the project and the name and address of the Bidder. Bid must be addressed and delivered to: Nicola Reid, Purchasing Agent, Stafford Township, 260 East Bay Avenue, Purchasing Department - 2nd floor Room 276, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. Bid security is required in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) as set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21. Certificate from a Surety Company is required indicating consent to be bound as surety and guarantor for performance required under the Contract Documents. Required bidder information can be found in the bid documents. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Final Completion: November 4, 2022 PREVAILING WAGE ACT: YES Bidder further expressly agrees that in the event Bidder fails to timely and/or properly complete the project in accordance with the conditions of the project that Bidder shall pay the municipality $500.00 for each day Bidder is in breach as liquidated damages, beginning on the date of Bidder's breach and continuing each day thereafter, as provided in Section entitled "Time For Completion and Liquidated Damages" of the General Conditions.
