The City of Longmont, on behalf of the Longmont Housing Authority, is requesting qualifications for development partners to structure and oversee the development of Longmont Housing Authorities' Homes on Hover new construction development. The Longmont Housing Authority (LHA) intends to partner with an experienced affordable housing developer who can demonstrate that they possess the qualifications, expertise, financial and oversight capability to implement LHA's desired outcome of an affordable, family-oriented development located at 1764 and 1780 Hover Street, Longmont, CO, 80501. Respondents must demonstrate their experience, capacity and readiness to financially and technically refine, plan, finance and implement the proposed development concept in partnership with LHA. The responses must clearly articulate and demonstrate previous experience and qualifications relative to the proposed development. Respondents should showcase joint venture relationships with development team participants, where appropriate, to create highly qualified and experienced teams responsive to the needs of LHA's development concept. Upon selection and further project refinement, the Development Partner will enter into a Co-Development Agreement with LHA. The Agreement will, among other things, delineate the roles and responsibilities of LHA and the Development Partner, fees and general partner structure.
