Site work for a water / sewer project in Longmont, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project will be completed for the City of Longmont at the Vance Brand Airport Located at 229 Airport Rd, Longmont, CO 80503. Work includes all materials, labor, equipment, and related items necessary to install approximately 4,375 feet of 8 inch sanitary sewer line. Bidder attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory. Bidders must be on time to the meeting, and will not be allowed to sign in once the City's project manager starts talking about the scope of work. An on-site showing will be held immediately following the mandatory pre-bid conference to allow prospective bidders an opportunity to view the project site. Attendees to the site shall come prepared with their own personal protective equipment. This will be the only time the City will conduct a showing of the project site.
