The Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department (BCPOS) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced Contractors for the construction of a new Produce handling and washing shed, to be located on the Hygiene Dairy Open Space property at 7694 N. 63rd Street, Longmont. These services are required in order to construct the already engineered building. The building will have floor drains, one (1) bathroom and a handwashing station that the septic and leach field will support. The Engineering and Design work was completed in 2021 by F9 Productions INC., the plans from this Project will be used for the construction of the facility. The selected Contractor will complete all aspects of the project before December 31, 2023.
