Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Youngstown, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work will take place at Lewiston-Porter CSD; Various Schools District-Wide; 4061 Creek Road, Youngstown, New York 14174. Bids will be received for: Sitework. The Owner requires that all bids shall comply with the bidding requirements specified in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The Owner may, at its discretion, waive informalities in bids, but is not obligated to do so, nor does it represent that it will do so. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Owner reserves the right to accept either single bid or the combination bid in the best interest of the District. Under no circumstances will the Owner waive any informality that, by such waiver, would give one Bidder a substantial advantage or benefit not enjoyed by all Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid before forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof, unless a mistake to error is claimed by the Bidder in accordance with INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS.
