East Cocalico Township Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Water Treatment Plant Filter And Pipe Repainting CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 9/15/2022 4:00 PM The Project includes the following Work: Complete surface preparation and painting of approximately 360 LF of 8" ductile iron pipe, 60 LF of 6" ductile iron pipe, 100 LF of 4" galvanized steel pipe, 100 LF of 2" galvanized steel pipe, and pressure filters (approximately 1,050 square feet). Instructions to Bidders. Attention is called to the fact that prevailing minimum wage rates as determined by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Industry must be paid by the Contractors on this project and that employees and applicants for employment shall not be discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. Each Bidder is required to meet the requirements of Public Works Employment Verification Act, Act 127 of 2012. The East Cocalico Township Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received.
