LOCATION OF WORK-Durlach Fire Company 880 Durlach Road, Stevens, PA 17578 The Work will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, providing all equipment, materials, labor and supervision for the parking lot paving at Durlach Fire Company, as further described in the Contract Documents. Bidders shall be aware that all work under this project shall be completed on or before November 17, 2023, or within 45 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed receipt, whichever is later. Final questions are due no later than 12:00 p.m. on September 15, 2023. A final addendum, if needed, will be issued by 3:00 p.m. on September 18, 2023 Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the required form, certified check, bank cashiers check, or other security acceptable to the Owner in the amount of 10% of the total Base Bid.
