Renovation of a day care center in Guadalupe, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,089-square-foot day care center.
Project: ROOF FOR SENIOR CENTER/HEADSTART BUILDING PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of BUR flat roofing restoration and replacement of the tile roofing underlayment located at 9241 S Avenida del Yaqui. Total square footage of roof to be repaired is 7,089. WRECORP will be serving as the Town's consultant on this project. Plan holders will be requested to supply the following information on the plan holders list: Company name, Contact person, current address, telephone, email address, and fax number. Neither the Town of Guadalupe nor WRECORP will be responsible for non-receipt of addenda due to incorrect or missing information on the plan holders list. The Town of Guadalupe and Maricopa County will endeavor to insure in every way possible that disadvantaged/minority/women-owned business enterprises and qualified businesses shall have every opportunity to participate in providing professional services, goods and construction contracts without being discriminated against on the grounds of race, religion, sex age or natural origin.
