The Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), on behalf of the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (Ministry), is issuing an invitational Request for Bid (RFB) for the supply of natural gas to SaskEnergy's authorized natural gas retailers. See attached Procurement Notice for more information. The Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), on behalf of the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (Ministry), is issuing an invitational Request for Bid (RFB) for the supply of natural gas to the Ministry's meters/facilities with annual consumption of less than 660,000 m3 and does not include those facilities currently served under TransGas Ltd. This invitational RFB is issued to all gas retailers who have been authorized by SaskEnergy for the supply of natural gas in Saskatchewan: Connect Energy Partnership - Saskatoon, SK Direct Energy Marketing Limited - Calgary, AB Future Now Energy - Saskatoon, SK Hudson Energy Canada Corp. - Mississauga, ON Just Energy - Mississauga, ON Twin Eagle Resource Management Canada, LLC - Balcarres, SK Peak Energy - Calgary, AB In order to sign up as a gas retailer in Saskatchewan, parties must: Sign a Master Service Agreement with SaskEnergy which outlines the Code of Conduct for Gas Retailers; Have a Direct Sellers license; and Adhere to the Direct Sellers Act See information on SaskEnergy's authorized gas retailers on their portal Gas Retailers SaskEnergy.
