The Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), on behalf of the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (Ministry), is issuing an invitational Request for Bid (RFB) for the supply of natural gas to SaskEnergy's authorized natural gas retailers. The Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), on behalf of the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (Ministry), is issuing an invitational Request for Bid (RFB) for the supply of natural gas to the Ministry's meters/facilities with annual consumption of less than 660,000 m3 and does not include those facilities currently served under TransGas Ltd.
