The project consists of a pre-order of the equipment in order to give an authorization for the start of manufacturing. Authorization will be given with the issuance of a pre-order contract. The award following this pre-order call for tenders will be conditional on the conclusion of a second call for tenders for construction services which will include, among other things, the installation of the pre-ordered equipment. At the time of the award by the Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne to the ventilation contractor (the installing contractor), the Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne will assign its responsibilities under the contract for the equipment described in this technical specification of this call for tenders. The ventilation contractor will absorb this contract as a subcontract under its entire responsibility, including payments made under the contract.
