Renovation of an educational facility in Moline, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Proposed public improvements is hereby given that Moline-Coal Valley School District No. 40 located at 1619 Eleventh Avenue, Moline, IL will be accepting sealed bids on multiple contract summaries for an HVAC renovation project to be completed at Lincoln-Irving Elementary School, 1015 16th Ave., Moline, IL 61265 and Washington Elementary School, 1550 41st St., Moline, IL 61265. The public hearing and reading of bids for the proposed project will be at 2:30 PM and held at the Coolidge PD Conference Room, 3430 Avenue of the Cities, Moline, Illinois 61265. All bid proposals must reflect costs associated with the complete set of project bidding documents and all addenda issued. Questions regarding the project should be directed to the Construction Manager, Russell Construction (Mr. Luke Peterson) at 4700 E. 53rd Street, Davenport IA 52807 or phone (563) 726-9238. All bids must be in compliance with Illinois Prevailing Wage Law and the Labor Laws of the State of Illinois. This project is subject to IMPACT Agreement requirements included in the bid documents. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive formalities as its best interest may require.
