Questions shall be submitted in writing to the Chief Financial Officer ofthe District. Replies will be issued to all bidders ofrecord as Addenda; bidders shall acknowledge receipt of Addenda in the Proposal Form. No Addenda will be issued later than three days prior to the date for receipt of bids.
