No plan for rebid.** The following repairs: Replacement of the Oil Waste Separator system piping (West to East) and the Floor Drains on the East side of the City of Rock Island Public Works Department Fleet Services Division. Bidder/Contractor shall be responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to these projects, which may include but are not limited to: Insurance, OSHA, EPA, EEO and Illinois laws relating to prevailing wage and preference to citizens on public work projects. A listing of prevailing wage rates is available from the City Engineer's Office, 309-732-2224. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive technicalities. No deposit required.
