Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Rock Island, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The City of Rock Island is seeking pricing for the labor and materials to remove all existing fiber cement siding and to install a hidden fastener horizontal commercial steel siding that is suited for the construction type of the building. Pricing shall include all necessary underlayment, air & water barrier, trim, finishes, flashing, and caulking forproper installation. The MLK Center located at 630 9th Street in Rock Island, Illinois provides several services to our community center. In order to prove that all services are fulfilled, bidders must submit a comprehensive scope of work. Bidders shall also be registered and licensed with the City in order to obtain proper permits for the requested work. All bidding and award procedures undertaken by the City regarding this project shall be consistent with the City adopted procurement procedures. Submitted bids shall remain valid for 30 days after bid opening. All questions and requests for clarifications must be submitted no later than Monday, October 30th , 2023 by 5:00 pm. Responses will be posted online on Friday, November 3 rd, 2023 by 5:00 pm
