The City of Aurora, Illinois (City) is in need of professional services from a qualified engineering consultant for Phase III Construction Engineering Services for the Liberty Street Resurfacing project. As a part of the selection process, the interested consultants are required to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to perform the requested work. The City is issuing three (3) separate Phase III Construction Engineering Services QBS for different projects that are targeting the January 20, 2023 IDOT letting. Each project has the same deadlines. The City bid numbers for these projects are QBS 22-64, QBS 22-66, and QBS 22-67. The same consultant will not be selected for multiple projects; a consultant will only be selected for a maximum of one of the three projects. If a consultant submits on multiple projects, they should clearly indicate in the cover letter the priority (#1, #2, #3) of the project they are submitting on. If a consultant is selected as the top firm for a project, that consultant's results on any other submittals (if any) might not be shown in the public scoring results. All questions must be received by 2:00 pm (CST) on Friday August 26, 2022. A response to all questions received will be posted on the Citts electronically. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
