Colorado River Pre-Sedimentation Facilities Project The project contemplated consists of the construction of two earthen pre-sedimentation ponds with concrete lining, 24-inch piping, concrete outlet structures, associated process and electrical equipment including connection to existing 24-inch discharge pipeline and other miscellaneous work as described in the Contract Documents. Plans, specifications and bid documents may be reviewed at the Ute Water Administration Office. A mandatory Statement of Interest is required via email to dpriske@utewater.org by 5:00 pm on Friday, August 19, 2022 . the selected Bidder will be notified no later than September 30, 2022 . If agreement terms can be arranged between the selected Bidder and Owner, all other Bidders will be notified no later than October 7, 2022 . A five percent (5%) Bid Bond will be required, as well as one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bonds to guarantee the faithful performance of the contract. It is required that the surety issuing such bonds have an attorney-in-fact or a principal doing business in Colorado. This information must be included on the bond statement. The Ute Water Conservancy District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to postpone the award for thirty (30) days, to delete certain items from the Proposal, and to award the Contract to the lowest responsible bidder. The Ute Water Conservancy District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed bidding procedures and requirements and, may reject any and all bids upon finding that it is in the District s best interest to do so. Contractor shall be licensed as required by the State of Colorado and local governments or municipalities. ENGINEER ESTIMATE: $10,000,000.
