Northern Kentucky Water District Invitation to Bid - Disposal of Water Treatment Plant Residual Solids - involves transportation and landfill disposal or beneficial reuse of water treatment plant residual solids produced in the water treatment processes, as specified by the District, from various designated locations in Kenton and Campbell Counties, Kentucky. After registration is complete, an On-Line Bid ID code must be created by clicking on "My Account", then the "User Info" tab.
