Site work for a water / sewer project in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of March 15,2024 has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Site Directions: The Work is located at two separate sites located in Fort Thomas and Cold Spring within the Owner's service area in Campbell County, Kentucky. The project generally consists of, but is not limited to providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, and supervision necessary to complete the installation of approximately 766 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, including associated manholes, lateral transfers, and restoration. Approximately 1,963 linear feet of 10-inch sanitary sewer shall be installed via horizontal directional drilling methods as shown on the Contract Documents prepared by DLZ Engineers.
