This solicitation is for roof repairs for The State of Louisiana, Department of Corrections, located at David Wade Correctional Center, LA Transitional Center for Women, 1005 West Green Street, Tallulah, LA 71282. The job is to be performed in accordance with the enclosed scope of work and specifications. Remove existing three (3) tab - twenty five (25) year - composition shingle roofing including felt, approximately thirty eight point one nine (38.19) squares Install new three (3) tab - twenty five (25) year-composition shingle roofingincluding felt, approximately thirty nine (39.00) squares Remove existing and install new drip edge, approximately two hundred and fifty two point forty nine (252.49) linear feet Install new asphalt starter shingle - universal starter course, approximately two hundred and fifty two point forty nine (252.49) linear feet Remove existing and install new ridge cap-composition shingles, approximately seventy six (76) linear feet Rotten decking, rafters, and gable closures shall be replaced by the contractor as necessary.
