**As of October 7, 2022, project was awarded to TTE, LLC, awarded amount is $7,815,137.04.** For Wells 2, 3, 6 & 7 Redrilling The Scope of Work will include: Furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for the construction four (4) public water wells. Work shall include the demolition of existing site facilities, construction of the public water wells, abandonment of the existing public water wells in accordance with TCEQ Requirements, construction of required chemical treatment pumping and storage facilities, and all other items more completely described in the project plans and specifications. Bids not accompanied by cashier's check or bid bond will not be considered. BIDS received after the date and time of the bid opening will be returned unopened. After receipt of BIDS, no BID may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after the date of bid opening. City of Liberty Hill reserves the right to reject any or all BIDS and to waive any informality in BIDS received. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Liberty Hill or negotiable US Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of bid bond.
