The City of Liberty Hill, herein after "City", seeks an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm, or Corporation, herein "Respondent", to provide all equipment and labor for asphalt repair services on an as-needed basis and provide crack seal services. All services must meet TxDot specifications. The initial term of the resulting agreement shall be five (5) consecutive twelve (12) month periods from the effective date. The agreement may be renewed for three (3) additional periods of time, not to exceed twelve (12) months each, provided both parties agree in writing prior to the expiration of the current term.
