The City of Liberty Hill, herein after "City", seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after "Respondent", to provide furnishing and installing and providing all labor and materials required for the construction of Approximately 7,700 linear feet of 12" PVC C900 Force Main with fittings and improvements to the existing MUD 12 lift station, including a new wet well, pumps, piping, site improvements, electrical and controls, erosion control and other items, as more fully described in the Construction Plans and Project Specifications. Deadline for Vendor Questions Submitted to the City of Liberty Hill October 18, 2022, by 5:00 pm CST Questions and Answers to be posted October 21, 2022, by 5:00 pm CST Contract Award Target On or Before December 2022 All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted via email to kwenzel@libertyhilltx.gov Successful respondent shall deliver to City both a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond no later than the 10th day after the agreement has been executed both for the Project price. Penal sums for both bonds shall each be equal to the agreed upon Project price. The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses, or delete any portion of the response, or to accept any response deemed most advantageous, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the response received that best serves the interest and at the sole discretion of the City
