The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources to establish a contract for the construction of the replacement of tramways at Pipestem Resort State Park and Hawks Nest State Parks. per the attached specifications and terms and conditions.
