Description

Site work for a golf course in Pipestem, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a 178,144-square-foot golf course.

The project generally consists of the repaving of 4.94 miles of existing golf cart paths. Work will include, but is not limited to, earthwork and paving work. A. The 18-holecoursehas pathways of approximately 131,727 SF. The Short course has pathways measuring approximately 41,835 SF and the Driving Range is approximately 4,582 SF. B. There is no separate set of construction plans or specifications beyond what is contained within this Project Manual. C. The intent is that all work results in a fully completed project. D. The project shall consist of all work as described. There are no Additive Alternatesfor this project. All work shall be contained within the Base Bid. The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources to establish a contract for resurfacing/repaving the existing asphalt golf cart path located at Pipestem State Park in Pipestem, WV per the attached specifications and terms and conditions. The line item includes infrastructure building and surfacing and paving services for golf course cart path paving.
