Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Pipestem, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Pipestem State Park Hudkins Conf Center New Roof System. The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the WV Division of Natural Resources to establish a contract for the construction of a new roof for the Pipestem State Park Hudkins Conference Center per the attached specifications, project manual, and terms and conditions. Remove existing ballast and epdm membrane. a. Remove all wet insulation that is current and shows on the Infrared Scan. b. Contractor will be required to scan the roof after all the rock is off the EPDM membrane. c. Contractor will be required to include 1,000 sq ft of wet insulation in their base bid. i. Currently there is 5 inches of polyiso insulation over the existing metal deck with additional tapered insulation. B. Mechanically fasten 1 layer of 0.5 inch rigid poly-iso insulation through the existing insulation and into the metal deck. C. Install 1\212 minimum sloped crickets/saddles using tapered poly-iso rigid insulation between all drains/scuppers. Create a minimum of 8 ft x 8 ft drain sumps at all scuppers/drains where it can be achieved.
