For the following described services. Wolfe Park Basketball Court Renovation FY23-650-08 Project Description: Improvements to Wolfe Park including the removal of existing basketball courts and construction of two new basketball courts in their place. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to "City of Manchester, N.H." as security for the execution of the contract for the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price, will be required of the successful bidder. The project will be completed within 280 days from a written Notice of Award. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in or reject any or all bids and to accept the bid that is deemed most favorable to the interest of the City of Manchester.
