All questions shall be directed to Andy Mogle in writing and will be accepted for addenda until Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 2:00 PM in order to provide sufficient time for City to respond appropriately to addenda. The failure of a Bidder to submit acknowledgement of any addendum that affects the bid price(s) may be considered an irregularity and may be cause for rejection of the bid. A (5%) five percent bid bond or security will be required as well as a (100%) one hundred percent payment and performance bond(s). See Bid Documents.
