The City of Redmond Public Works Wastewater Division is requesting bids from qualified and experienced contractors to rehabilitate and repair manholes throughout the City's Dry Canyon corridor. The City intends to repair approximately 10 designated manholes (up to 60 vertical feet) per calendar year, for a total of 50 manholes, over the term of a 5-year contract. The term of the Contract will be from September 14, 2022, to December 31, 2026 City Council Award September 13, 2022, at 6:00 pm All questions and requests for clarification related to this solicitation must: 1. Be submitted in writing via email to the SPC identified on ITB Cover Page. Questions by telephone are not accepted. 2. Be received by August 26, 2022, at 12:00 pm. 3. Questions will be responded to in a written addendum. Enclose a bidder's bond, certified check (or cashier's) check made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to 5% of the total bid. The City of Redmond reserves the right to: Reject any and all bids if it is in the City's best interest to do so
