Number: AC-STBG-000B(686)E This project, located in Frederick County, is for upgrades of sidewalk and ramps to be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The work is to provide ADA sidewalks at various locations as shown in the Contract Documents. The work will consist of the following: (a)Construction of curb and gutter, sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, and driveways, (b) Resurfacing of shared use path, (c) Full depth pavement patches, (d) Adjustment of existing inlet top slabs, (e) Pipe installation underneath sidewalk, (f) Drainage ditch grading, (g) Maintenance of traffic, (h) Erosion and sediment control, (i) Pavement marking, (j) Landscaping, (k) Incidental labor, material, and work to accomplish aforementioned items of work Minimum wage rates for each Project, if applicable, have been pre-determined by law and are set forth in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). Bids must only be made upon the latest electronic proposal forms (and attachments) that are furnished by the Administration. In accordance with State Finance and Procurement Title 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, no bid, performance or payment bonds are required for bids less than $100,000.00.
