Site work for a mixed-use development in Annapolis, Maryland. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
As of April 2025, Preliminary phases of construction started recently with the demolition of the city’s harbormaster building which will make way for the construction of the park. It is unclear when demolition will be complete, but the park cannot begin until the demo is complete. The member firms of the AMRP team include: Hunt Companies (Developer), Treadwell Franklin and Sewall (Development Advisors and Program Managers), Whiting Turner (Design Build Contractor), BCT Architects (Master Planner), WSP (Lead Designer, City Dock), Mahan Rykiel (Landscape Architect), Premium Parking (Parking Operator), and Via (Mobility Solutions).
