In keeping with its mandate to provide efficient and effective services, the Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis (HACA) is now soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed and insured entities to provide Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance. HACA intends to award one or multiple contracts. As needed work under the contract shall be authorized primarily by individual task orders on a project-by-project basis. Each task order shall reference a scope of work for that specific project and include a fixed fee and a completion date. HACA is requesting proposals from qualified Offerors to establish single or multiple award contracts in accordance with all terms and conditions and specifications as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The contract will be for a period of one year with an option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods at HACA's sole discretion. All proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must conform to all the requirements and specifications outlined within this document and any designated attachments in its entirety.
