For Clark Heights and Storch Property SPS Upgrades. The Work includesthe following major items: Upgrades ofthe existing Clark heights and Storch Property Sewage Pumping Stations, as specified and indicated in the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to: replacement of two (2) pumps and associated controls, piping and appurtenances at the Clark Heights SPS; installation ofa new valve vault including all valving and piping at the Clark Heights SPS; provision and installation of a new electric/controls cabinet at each site; provision and installation of a new ventilation, lighting, and control systems at Storch Property SPS; provision and installation of a wet well grinder at Storch Property SPS, appurtenances at Storch Property; miscellaneous HVAC, electrical, structural, and controls improvements, maintenance oftraffic (MOT), erosion and sediment control, and temporary bypass pumping.
