Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
JEA is seeking Responses from qualified Companies, primarily for the restoration of cement concrete in City, County and FDOT roadways, rights of way and easements. The work will also include the replacement of curbs and gutters free of puddling, meter box, manhole and valve jacket adjustments and replacements. Moderate compacting and density testing will be required per City, County and FDOT regulations. This work will require the removal of debris concrete, cutting and removal of existing concrete for code requirements and customer service requirements, hauling to proper disposal site, calling in for utility locates (1-800- One Call) prior to demolition/excavation. This bid is for concrete work in various sizes from less than one (1) square yard of concrete to jobs which require as much as 400 square yards of concrete, normally four inches (4") or five (5) inches thick.
