Remodel bathroom per attached stamped drawings. All work must be completed according to all applicable codes, industry best standards, and manufacturer's instructions. Job will not be considered complete until the job is verified and accepted by Plant Superintendent of designated supervisor. All work must be warrantied to be free of defects in workmanship for one year after completion of work. Please include contract title in subject line of quote submission email. Selected vendor must abide by the Standard Clauses of New York State Contracts. Selected vendor must provide up to date Certificate of Liability Insurance and up to date NYS Certificate of Workers' Compensation and Disability Insurance, covering the period in which the service will be provided.
